We care about your experience and want to ensure a smooth process for any concerns. Please go through the following guidelines:

1. Received a Damaged or Wrong Product?

  • An unboxing video and clear images are required for any claims regarding damage or incorrect items.

  • Such concerns must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Product Arrived Damaged or Defective?

  • Share clear pictures of the damaged item along with the invoice.

  • Once verified, we’ll promptly issue a refund or replacement.

3. Missing Items or Parts?

  • If any part of your order is missing, simply reach out—
    We’ll resend the missing items without any hassle.

4. Exchange Requests:

  • Must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

  • Requests beyond this window will unfortunately not be accepted.

5. Returns & Refunds:

  • We accept returns for all products.

  • Please pack the item securely in its original packaging to avoid any damage in transit.

6. Refused Deliveries (COD Orders):

  • If an order is rejected at the time of delivery, COD and coupons may be disabled for future purchases.
